Starting an IVF cycle can be overwhelming, and in the instances of coordinating care with an out-of-state fertility clinic can add even more stress. Our ultrasound monitoring program is designed to make the process simple and seamless. We follow your physician’s exact protocol and accommodate your timing needs to ensure every scan is completed when your clinic requires it.

Most IVF cycles — whether for retrieval or transfer — need 2–3 ultrasounds, and we provide fast, reliable reporting. All scans are read immediately, and your results are faxed or emailed to your physician within 2–3 hours of your appointment.

In addition to fertility cycle monitoring, we also provide early pregnancy ultrasounds in our office.

We offer full transvaginal IVF monitoring, including baseline Day 3–4 exams, follicle tracking, and endometrial assessments. During your scan, we guide you through the imaging in real time, explain what we’re seeing, and can provide copies upon request.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first appointment includes a brief consultation to understand where you are in your cycle and which clinic you are working with. This is followed by a detailed transvaginal scan, typically performed on Day 3–4 of your cycle.

During this exam:

• The uterus and ovaries are measured

• Follicles are counted

• Any abnormalities or concerns are assessed

• Results are reviewed with you in real time

Your initial scan may be slightly longer to ensure a complete and accurate baseline before your cycle progresses.
