Acupuncture
Natural, evidence-based care to relieve pain and restore balance. Supporting long-term wellness and whole-body healing.
Acupuncture is a gentle, time-honored technique that uses very thin, sterile needles to stimulate specific points on the body. These points help activate the body’s natural healing response, improve circulation, calm the nervous system, and restore balance throughout the body.
Rooted in over 2,500 years of Chinese medicine, acupuncture is based on the understanding that the body functions best when energy—known as Qi—flows smoothly. When this flow becomes blocked or disrupted, pain, stress, and illness can appear. Acupuncture helps correct these imbalances, supporting whole-body wellness from the inside out.
Does it hurt?
Most patients are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable acupuncture is. The needles are extremely thin—much finer than anything used for injections—and insertion is often barely noticeable. You may feel a light tingling, warmth, or gentle pressure, which is simply your body responding to the treatment. Many people find the experience deeply relaxing.
