CranioSacral Therapy
Supporting the central nervous system with gentle, restorative touch.
A light-touch technique that helps release tension, ease pain, and enhance whole-body balance.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that supports the health and mobility of the craniosacral system—the soft tissues and fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Because this system influences the entire nervous system, releasing restrictions here can create profound improvements throughout the whole body. Through precise, light-touch techniques could help the body release tension, improve nervous system function, and self-correct naturally.
Daily stress, strain, and injuries can cause tissues to tighten around the craniosacral system. Over time, this may disrupt the function of the central nervous system and contribute to discomfort, fatigue, pain, or emotional imbalance. By easing tension around the brain, spine, and connective tissues, CranioSacral Therapy helps the body relax, realign, and restore natural balance. Research and clinical experience show that CST may reduce pain and stress, improve nervous system regulation, support immune resilience, and enhance overall well-being. When this happens, you heal naturally: injuries get better, traumas resolve, “stuck” emotions release, and pain is alleviated.

What to Expect During Your Session
A CranioSacral Therapy session takes place in a quiet, comfortable setting. You remain fully clothed while lying on a padded table. Your therapist begins by gently placing their hands on specific areas of your head, spine, or body to assess the rhythm of the craniosacral fluid and identify areas of tension or restriction.
Sessions typically last up to an hour and may be deeply calming. Many people experience sensations of warmth, gentle pulsing, or subtle unwinding in the areas being treated. CST can be used alone or combined with other therapies to enhance healing and whole-body integration.
