Reiki is a gentle, Japanese energy-healing modality that supports the physical, emotional, and spiritual systems of the body. Developed by Buddhist monk Mikao Usui, Reiki focuses on channeling universal life-force energy (“Rei” – universal, “Ki” – life energy) to encourage natural healing and deep relaxation.
Using light touch and subtle hand placements over the body, Reiki works to harmonize the energy field, release blockages, and restore balance. The experience is calming and grounding, helping you reconnect with your body’s natural ability to self-heal.

What to Expect During Your Session
Your Reiki session takes place in a peaceful, quiet environment. You’ll lie fully clothed on a treatment table as your practitioner places their hands lightly on—or just above—the body to guide the flow of energy. Most clients experience a sense of warmth, subtle tingling, or deep stillness as the session progresses.
Reiki works gently yet powerfully to restore harmony throughout the mind and body. You may leave feeling calm, lighter, more balanced, and deeply relaxed.
Sessions typically last about an hour and include: Chakra balancing, Crystal medicine, and Oracle card reading
Reiki can be used on its own or combined with other therapies to enhance relaxation and whole-body healing.
